„Hull Construction and Repair”
Hull works are our specialty and have allowed us to broaden our horizons. These were the first contracts that ABACUS took on in 2005 at a repair shipyard. Over time, we began executing projects on newly built vessels and collaborating with Rolls-Royce Marine on the production of components. In the following years, we made significant contributions to equipping a whole series of PSV-type vessels.

Scope of Our Services:
- Complete prefabrication of ship sections and blocks
- Installation of blocks and super-blocks

- Prefabrication and installation of light ship equipment (electrical foundations, railings, handrails, etc.)
- Construction and installation of ship structures (chimneys, masts, etc.)

- Blacksmithing services, both dry and wet
- Service work in shipyards and at sea
Where Did We Gain Our Experience?
We gained our experience primarily in the Gdańsk shipyards in Poland, where we developed our skills before entering the European market. Through years of working on specialist vessels, passenger ferries, and military ships, we have tested our capabilities. Working with both thin and thicker plates poses no problem for us.
