Our history began in Polish shipyards. At REMONTOWA Holding facilities, we spent many years working on repairs and construction of vessels. The experience gained over the years has allowed us to tackle increasingly demanding projects, enabling us to enter the European market with greater confidence.
Our adventure with European projects began at Meyer Werft shipyard, where we were involved in the construction and finishing of suites on cruise ships. This was a pivotal moment in our company’s history.
The experience gained allowed us to expand our scope of work to include hull construction, marking another step in building our reputation as a reliable partner for clients.
In response to the development of our business in Germany and plans for further growth, ABACUS GmbH was established, bringing together a broad team of specialized professionals.
We are expanding water slide installations and supporting structures on ships, leisure facilities, and in water parks—delivered efficiently, safely, and with a focus on durable solutions.
Since 2026, we have been operating under a new logo that highlights our continued growth and modern approach to project delivery.
